Jayden Zannino

Jayden started his career as an apprentice at Hitachi Construction Machinery in Perth WA. He then progressed to a field service technician and spent a total of seven years with Hitachi. During this time, Jayden was exposed to a wide range of mining and construction machinery from OEM’s including John Deere

Jayden started his career as an apprentice at Hitachi Construction Machinery in Perth WA. He then progressed to a field service technician and spent a total of seven years with Hitachi. During this time, Jayden was exposed to a wide range of mining and construction machinery from OEM’s including John Deere, Bell and Hitachi. Jayden then progressed to Field Service supervisor for Volvo products at CJD Equipment in Guilford, WA. He held this position for two years before moving into a regional sales manager role at CJD Equipment for southwest, WA. From here Jayden and Matt decided to start their own venture, bringing years of experience and old school values to Diesel and Hydraulics WA.

He continued his apprenticeship through MacMahons at Orebody 18 and Christmas Creek mine sites and looked after a range of large Cat, Komatsu and Terex machines. Matt then b

Matt started his career as an apprentice at MacMahon’s Perth workshop where he gained experience in various component rebuild sections. Matt then began working for Thiess at Solomon mine, where he spent two years furthering his experience with large mining equipment. From there, he spent four years with Hitachi Construction Machinery. Matt gained experience in field service and site support on a wide range of mining and construction machinery from OEM’s such as John Deere, Bell and Hitachi. Matt then spent two years at CJD Equipment, where he worked on Volvo’s range of construction machinery. From here, Matt and Jayden decided to start their own venture, bringing years of experience and old school values to Diesel and Hydraulics WA.
Dave Bliss

Dave started his career as an apprentice with Byrnecut Mining at various mine sites in WA. Shortly after this, he was running an underground workshop and shaft shop.
Dave then successfully ran his own business for 8 years. Dave soon made the move to Perth where he has been in workshop manager roles for the

Dave then successfully ran his own business for 8 years. Dave soon made the move to Perth where he has been in workshop manager roles for the West Australia Rifle Association, Stone Civil, and Mayday Rental.
Dave started with DHWA in January 2023 and with his wealth of knowledge and experience, he has been a great addition to our field service team.

Ben was welcomed to DHWA in 2023 as a first year apprentice.
He has a great attitude and we can't wait to see the great fitter he will become working along side the rest of the team.
